1. Applicability
These terms apply to all travel bookings placed through contextrouterus.com. contextrouterus.com is a private entrepreneur (PE) registered under EDRPOU code 07910901, Office 402, Central Business Center, 12 Volodymyrska St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.
2. Pre-contractual information
Before you book, we disclose the price, main characteristics, itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, payment terms and delivery of travel documents. This is required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 2473-VI dated 03.09.2008.
3. Payment
A deposit confirms your reservation. Full payment is due by the deadline shown on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus an administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: no refund unless covered by insurance.
For distance contracts, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, unless an exception applies to travel services.
5. Changes
Name or date changes requested after confirmation incur a fee per passenger and are subject to supplier charges.
6. Force majeure
If a booking cannot proceed due to war, natural disaster, epidemic, government ban or other force majeure, we will offer a credit or reschedule. Cash refunds depend on recoverable amounts from suppliers.
7. Package travel protections
Package tours offered on this site are arranged by tour operators registered in the State Register and carrying required financial security under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995. We disclose the organising tour operator before you purchase. If you are ordinarily resident in the EEA or UK, EU Directive 2015/2302 (Package Travel Directive) protections may also apply.
