Welcome to contextrouterus.com. These Terms govern access to and use of this website and the travel-related services arranged by contextrouterus.com, a private entrepreneur registered under EDRPOU code 07910901.
1. Use of the Website
You may browse, request quotes and submit booking inquiries for lawful, personal or business travel purposes only. You must provide accurate contact details and be at least 18 years old to enter into a travel contract.
2. User Accounts and Conduct
Where account functionality is available, keep your credentials secure. You must not misuse the site, upload harmful content, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading advertising contrary to Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.
3. Service Provider Status
Where we act as a travel agent, we disclose the tour operator on whose behalf we arrange services. Tour operators are registered in the State Register of Tour Operators and maintain required financial security under Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.
4. Bookings, Pricing and Consumer Rights
Prices, main trip characteristics, payment and delivery terms, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts are provided before checkout in accordance with Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 and Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 2473-VI dated 03.09.2008.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos and software on this site are owned by contextrouterus.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or distribute them without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, contextrouterus.com is not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, weather-related changes or supplier defaults. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Privacy
We process personal data on a lawful basis with freely given, specific and informed consent where required, under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Complaints may be sent to the contacts below or, if unresolved, to the competent authorities in Ukraine.
