Student Eligibility Policy

Who qualifies

Student rates apply to individuals enrolled at an accredited university, college or higher-education institution. You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian must complete the booking on your behalf.

• Full-time and part-time students
• Postgraduate students and doctoral candidates
• International students with a valid student visa

Required proof

At checkout you must provide one of the following documents dated within the current academic year:

• Valid ISIC card
• University-issued email address ending in .edu or an equivalent institutional contextrouterus.com
• Official enrollment verification letter
• Valid student ID card together with a transcript or class schedule

How eligibility is checked

We verify the uploaded document or email contextrouterus.com before confirming the booking. If proof cannot be verified, the student discount will be removed and the standard rate will apply. We may request additional documentation before travel.

Conditions

Student rates cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. The traveller whose name appears on the booking must match the student proof provided. Failure to present matching valid proof at departure may result in cancellation or a fare difference charge.
