Package Travel and Financial Protection Notice

Scope of this notice

This notice applies to travel services offered on contextrouterus.com. It explains whether your booking is a package holiday or a linked travel arrangement, what financial protection applies, and how your payments are safeguarded under applicable Ukrainian and international rules.

Package holidays

A package holiday exists when two or more travel services (for example, accommodation, transport or car hire) are combined and sold at an inclusive price, or where you are invited to select and buy such services through a linked booking process.

For package holidays, contextrouterus.com is fully responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the package. If any service is not performed as agreed, you may contact us and we will address the issue.

Linked travel arrangements

A linked travel arrangement occurs when you book one travel service through contextrouterus.com and, during the same visit or within 24 hours, are facilitated to book another travel service through a separate contract with another trader. In such cases each trader is responsible only for its own service.

We will clearly indicate before you pay whether you are buying a package or a linked travel arrangement.

Financial protection

contextrouterus.com holds registration as a tour operator or travel agent in the State Register of Tour Operators under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995. Where we act as a tour operator, we maintain the financial security required by Ukrainian law to protect travellers' payments.

We are not a member of ATOL or ABTA. Ukrainian bookings are protected by the statutory financial security described above. If you are booking from the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, please contact us to confirm whether additional protection applies to your booking.

Pre-contractual information

Before you conclude a contract, we provide the main characteristics of the travel services, the total price, payment and cancellation terms, the identity and geographical address of the organiser, and information on insurance options. This disclosure is required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 2473-VI dated 03.09.2008.

Right of withdrawal and complaint procedure

Distance contracts may be subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal where provided by applicable consumer protection rules. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the address or email below. We will respond in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.
